Routine test applied to all products manufactured while Type test performed specifically for prototype designs. All tests performed to conform with customer’s specified standard (ANSI/IEC/SPLN) to ensure transformers are meet/exceed standard specifications.

Temperature-rise Test
Transformer is fully loaded and 3 temperature points (cover, radiator sides) are measured to ensure temperature rise during operation fall under standards.
